I advise against using D-lux products! and I warn you. Encouraged by videos on Facebook, I bought D-LUX - Liquid for Burns, which DESTROYED MY OVEN. I advise against. The complaints department thinks it's my fault and the oven works, so what am I talking about? they rejected the complaints. The oven is to be replaced!!!! which is associated with high costs for me .... I certainly do not have a lux oven now. Plus, the smell of this liquid is nauseating. I ordered a New Year's cleaning kit. Most products don't work. 1. Liquid for shower cabins - it does not remove limescale, I had to scrub really hard when the glass was not very dirty. I think it's scrubbing 2. Bathroom liquid - similarly to shower cabins, only strong scrubbing helped. Regular liquid from Lidl is much better 3. Glass surfaces and windows - I clean mirrors with it. Everything seemed fine in the shade, but when the sun came out, terrible streaks appeared. Fingerprints remain. 4. Streak-free floors, the scent of Brazilian orange. The scent is beautiful, but unfortunately you can only smell it in the bottle. After washing the floors, the smell did not linger in the room at all. Additionally, there are streaks on the varnished parquet. 5. Scale and rust. I had a piece of strong stone with rust on the edge, inside the shell. He did not remove any rust or scale from the toilet. Even with heavy scrubbing. 6. Chloratos - strong chlorine scent, gently cleans, does not remove scale. 7. Furniture liquid - the biggest failure, it does not clean, leaves streaks, fingerprints remain. 8. Burns - it's great to pre-install the oven with a strong scrubber, but it was supposed to be without it. Additionally, he damaged my furniture strip. He is very virtuous. 9. The grout cleaner works, but I had some minor dirt so I don't know how it would work on very dirty grout. 10. Mildew liquid - I sprayed the joints in the bathroom, where the fungus appeared. The fungus disappeared a bit, a white coating appeared and the terrible smell of chlorine accompanied me for a good 4 hours, despite airing. Of course, throughout the apartment... I do not recommend these products, they are a waste of money and time.

I bought a liquid for burns and a liquid for cleaning joints. The burn liquid worked very well, I removed the old, dried grease, but a scraper was needed for larger dirt. You must be very careful when using this preparation because it is very corrosive and may damage other elements of the oven or furniture that should not come into contact with the preparation. I also rate the grout fluid as very good. But I also used a toothbrush. It is worth testing in an inconspicuous place so as not to damage the tiles.

Encouraged by the good opinions, I decided to test a few products. I ordered, among others: degreaser, dishwashing liquid, burn liquid, grout liquid, floor liquid and washing gels, all from the D-lux brand. The liquid for burns and joints, although completely average, I had to do it three times and the effect was so-so. The washing gels are amazing, they wash like those from the store. Everything else is a misunderstanding, especially the degreaser which doesn't work and only smells beautiful. Dishwashing liquid 500 ml for PLN 11! it does as much as the cheapest store-bought one, and the floor liquid leaves streaks and there is no smell after washing. Poor quality products, overrated with good opinions on Facebook, I do not recommend. You can get better ones in a regular drugstore

I definitely advise against shopping in this store. Order placed and paid for on August 5, 2023. On August 8, 2023, receipt of the package ... and a surprise - I received the goods that I did not order. On August 9, 2023, I informed the Seller about this fact, who on the next day (August 10, 2023) gave me a return label and assured me that a courier would arrive tomorrow. To this day, and it's been 18 days since placing the order, I haven't received my order and I haven't been able to arrange for the courier to pick up the package (the store generated the return label itself). I informed the Seller about the above several times and each time only lies that the courier was commissioned to pick up (it will be tomorrow). The national hotline, on the other hand, informs that the courier will not be there because they have not received such an order. COMEDY!!! Way of dealing with matters at an embarrassing level (telling me that the hotline is lying). This was my first and last purchase from this store. I do not recommend!
